So a couple days ago I made a post where my dress didnt fit and I didnt know what to do 🙁 Yesterday I tried it on again and it closed for the first time but I couldnt breathe/move or sit down so I took it today to get it altered, take it out an inch and fix the inner corset, add cups and fix the bustle. And bees, today at the seamstress, IT FIT PERFECTLY! I could move and dance and I didnt have to suck it in and hold my breath to put it on, I was just so so so happy!!! Anyways wanted to share the happiest moment in the short amount I have had in wedding planning. My MOHs (there’s 2 I couldnt pick lol) captured the whole moment:
1. It fits?!?!?!
2. I’m going to cry! Excuse the horrible face lol
3. Happy dance and jump up and down
4. Happy dance in 5′ heels is a TERRIBLE idea, almost fell!
5. I feel puuurrrrttyyy 🙂
And a side view! Wish I had a back view because the tail is stunning.
Sorry for the many and huge pictures but I found it funny that between the two of them they captured the first 30 seconds and all the emotions lol
So bees any other alterations recomendations besides the ones I mentioned? Should I still get it taken out an inch?
Also, the dress is hot and I was thinking of changing the tulle from underneath to a hoop but would it ruin the look?

@minipenguin: I just can’t believe this dress didn’t fit you initially…I mean how impossibly tiny was the original owner? You are so pretty, the dress looks gorgeous on you. Are you going to do a sash? Wouldn’t change a thing to the fit of the dress, it’s just beautiful.

She was teeny tiny!! I actually havent considered doing a sash yet! I’ll try one on with it when I get it back 🙂 And thank you!!

Thanks bees! I’ve lost 15 lbs and several inches doing p90x and other stuff and I’m just so happy it shows! I was super worried I would have to lose more weight because I feel like I would look gaunt but noo! yaaayyyy 🙂
