    @Burch663:  I think that would look stunning! I am loving garnets more and more lately. I wanted a pop of color too and did a ruby band with my plain solitiare 🙂

    I think that would be a really nice way to honor her traditions, and I think they would go nicely together. Would it be at all possible to have the band curved to fit snuggly against the ering at all?

    @Burch663:  I like the nod to tradition and vote for the garnet band. I would probably do a subtle curve in the band vice the harsher “V” around the point of the pear. Perhaps your jeweler has some tasty ideas of their own as well.
