we will be trying from the honeymoon onwards, so march next year!

i came off depo 4 months ago and we’re using condoms till the wedding (as i heard depo can take a while to get out of your system) and then we’re good to go

the plan is not to use contraception and let nature take its course…we wont rigidly be trying to plan around ovulation dates or anything (unless after a while nothing happens).

I think we’re going to wait to start trying until about this time next year. We just got married in August, and my husband will be in his last semester of school next fall, so we’d rather wait until he’s finished with school to actually have a baby.

It’s hard to wait though, I’d really love to be trying right now…I’m nervous that I’ll have trouble getting pregnant (no particular reason to be), and I’ll be 29 this January. Plus, I just feel really mentally ready for kids right now.

Probably will start trying in June 2013!  I will have been off BCP for nearly a year by then so hope to have some data on my cycles to show to a doctor.  (My cycles are irregular when off BCP so we will see how it goes.)  By then I will have just turned 32 and figure it will be time to get going.  🙂

We bumped it up to Jan 2013 from March! DH wanted to start on the honeymoon, but I just wasn’t ready. Plus, we’re going on a trip in March – at first I didn’t want to be pregnant on the trip, but now I don’t want to wait that long! Also I’m in my friend’s wedding in June and didn’t want to be majorly pregnant. AND i just got a promotion at work and I’d like to be in the position for a bit before going on mat leave. There seems to be so many reasons to hold off – but (as many ppl have told me), there will always be something… so Jan 2013 it is! I’m excited and nervous at the same time!

We got married last month and are planning on trying within the next year.  We are currently house hunting so as soon as we close, we will officially start TTC! It’s so exciting!

My DH and I are starting fresh in the new year as I had 2 mc’s recently. So we’re waiting until I get my regular cycle back and then going to try again in the start of next year which will hopefully bring better things! We decided that if all goes well, we’ll try in January. Which isn’t that far away! I always thought I’d want a Summer baby, but now I think maybe a fall/Winter pre-Christmas baby would be nice. So I’m jumping on the 2013 bandwagon! FX!

I can’t really vote in the poll, b/c DH would vote “yesterday” and i’d vote June 2013, but i guess we’ll see who wins! I’m going off BC at the end of January, so it’ll be a fight as to whether we use another method for a few months, ha. Ideally, i want to at least wait until after my annual gyno visit in March.

I voted Jan 2013 because that’s what I want, but hubby isn’t totally on board. He wants to wait longer. He doesn’t seem to understand that you can’t always get pregnant on the first try and it will often take a lot longer than that! Especially for me since I only ovulated 7 times last year!

August 2013 here. We were all set to TTC this past summer, but decided to put it off a year.

I start my last pack of pills tomorrow and that will take me through to near the end of December. Wedding is Dec 15th and we’re planning for a delayed honeymoon in February, so I chose February since I expect it will take a bit of time for my cycle to normalize. However if we do become pregnant before then we would be thrilled!

October of next year looks like a popular month to start trying!

It will all depend where I am in my work situation, but I would assume by October 2013 I will be ready to get off the pill (1 year after the wedding)

We are starting in May/June. I really don’t want to go off my birth control soon but I know I should. I love having regular cycles.
