It’s about $148/head for food and alcohol, including linens, tables, chairs, everything we need for the reception aside from decor, etc. I’m getting married at M&T Bank Stadium (football stadium for Baltimore Ravens).

Meal is $46/pp, the apps I want are another $7/pp and if we did a fixed price open bar it’s $29/pp. Not sure what we are doing about bar though, we have a lot of light or non-drinkers on my fiance’s side.

$500 venue rental.  $11-15 per person for BBQ buffet, roughly 50 people at the wedding.  Total DIY wedding.

Our guests are going to be about $63 per head. This includes:

Tax, tip, a 4 course meal, unlimited beer and wine.

This also is the entire cost we’re paying for the venue. We pay per head, they include the food, linens, utensils, setup/breakdown, an onsite coordinator, cake cutting, menus, etc.

@hartmamp:  VERY cool! I have not heard of anyone getting married in the stadium. I’m from Severna Park so definitely a Ravens fan!

We’re getting married in the ballroom of a hotel. With everything included its coming to around $165-170 per head. We’re also paying for all of the guests to stay in the hotel the night of the wedding, but that isn’t included in the $165. This is with an open bar and seated 5 course meal

We are paying $155 per head, with an open bar, cocktail hour, 4 course meal, & late night snack.

We are getting married in an english mill type venue, it doesnt have the typical look of a ballroom, lower ceilings, dark hardwood floors, white walls with big windows that cover most of the walls so you can see tht outside garden. And there is a terrance on the ground that is included with our room which is going to be used for the cocktail hour.

Just under $26/head. This includes dinner (family style), apps (before dinner & then again at about 10pm) and drinks.

Our venue is pretty much a standard banquet hall. Has a large bar and a side “room” where guests can get away from the loud music if they want to and socialize. Our guest list is at 320.

What exactly are you looking for “per head”? What you include totally changes the number you’ll get.

Take the entire wedding budget and divide by number of guests? (about $100 per person)

    Just dinner? ($14 per person)

    Hors d’oeuvres? ($5 per person)

    Alcohol? (~$10 per person)

    China/flatware? (~$2 per person)

    Tables/chairs? (~$2 per person)

    Linens? (~$1.5- per person)

    Centerpieces? (~$0.10 per person)

    Cake? (free!!!)

    Venue? (~$10 per person)
