I had mine made in China. It cost me 200. I don’t know if you want to go that route but it can save you a bundle. Here is a pic of mine.

My mom is making my dress (she majored in fashion design). The dress cost about $570 for the fabric.

I had mine made and I am in Arizona.  The lace was super expensive (about $250/yd) so that was half the dress.  It cost $1100 for her to make the dress – that included all notions, muslin, fitting, (I had 5-6), hand sewing (to make sure the lace looked right).  I bought the satin and the lace which was about $1035.  The dress I wanted was about $3300 before alerations and it wasn’t custom, so I saved quite a bit.  It turned out lovely and I’d recommend her to anyone!

I had mine made from scratch by a dressmaker in the UK. It cost 850 pounds (approx $1,400).

Mine was another from china (NOT a replica, that I know of…) and was around $140 with s&h.  WAY better than buying a different gown for after the ceremony and alterations for the wedding gown I have.

I’m in central Illinois and had mine made by a local seamstress. It cost $750. The best thing (besides getting the exact dress you want)–no extra alteration costs 🙂

Located in Toronto, getting a custom dress made by a local wedding dress designer (that owns a boutique). Will cost about $3500.
