Yup this was my first sign, I had increased/different looking CM probably starting about 4 days after ovulating. 🙂

I do think I remember it being pretty thick and milky white around the time that I got my +, but I get that every cycle. :/ Sorry I couldn’t be more help! Good luck!

I was on clomid so I was pretty dry down there even on my fertile period…had me worried for a little bit! Hopefully you’re on your way to a bfp!

I didn’t notice anything different about the CM.  I am generally pretty dry though.

Yes – had more of it (I can’t remember exactly what or how much) but I didn’t completely dry up like normal post-O.  I also had some yellowish CM right after my BFP and have gotten some every so often.

@septcabride: Everyone’s different. I know that last cycle I tons of creamy CM and still got AF. This cycle, I’m more dry. I won’t have a definitive answer until next Wednesday. I’ll see if it changes from there. I actually know someone on another board who had lots of EWCM and then nothing for a number of days. She’s now 5-6 weeks pregnant.

I had lots of creamy CM in the days leading up to my BFP, but I had also experienced that in previous months before AF.  Btw, if you actually are pregnant the excess CM will only get more abundant in the coming weeks.

@kimbo89: It would be really weird. It’s funny to have someone as the same cycle as me since I tend to fall in between the big BFPs or bunch altogether.

@skibobrown: Interesting. Last cycle seemed like the first experience with a lot of creamy CM before AF. I don’t remember others being so creamy. Right now, I’m super dry. I don’t know if that’ll change in 5-6 days, but we’ll see. I know that the mucus increases after a BFP. Some places I was reading says it takes a few weeks, same with cervical position, so that’s why they’re not the best indicators of early pregnancy. Everything I read says to test to know for sure, not base it off of signs because they mirror AF/PMS so much.
