Girls I’ve found this post so motivating – thanks to the original OP!
@TealaB: I’m probably pretty similar to your starting weight and totally get what your saying about not feeling comfortable. I thought it was just to hard to loose the extra pounds when your not THAT big to start with but your picks have proved its possible and the results are amazing!
Now off to get a chocolate bar – kidding, green tea for me now! x

I’ve found this really inspiring, too actually. I’ve put on another 8-10 pounds or so since college started and I want to be that healthy again! I just put my before/after bikini picture as my desktop background with a caption that says “Don’t Stop Believin’.”
Congrats again ladies!

I have hit my highest and lowest adult weights while being a vegetarian, so there goes the theory that being veggie means you are totally healthy all the time. 🙂
Here is my before picture. I mostly avoided the freshman 15, but gained weight the next three years when I lived in an on-campus apartment with our own kitchen. So I was grocery shopping *and* eating off the meal plan–ruh roh! My highest weight was somewhere between 145 and 150. I remember seeing a number in the high 140s, but blocked out exactly what it was. 🙂 Here’s the before (I am on the far left in the purple).
And here is me at about 118 pounds (in the Duke t-shirt). I hit this about two and a half years ago, and managed to maintain within about five pounds of that until my wedding, when I dropped back to 118. I am only 5’2″, but have a large chest, so I wouldn’t want to drop much lower than this.
