From 170lbs – 38C or D depending on the brand, down to 132lbs and a 34A or B.  I think like some other Bees have said it depends on where you carry your weight – I have a pretty small top half and slightly pronounced pear shape on the bottom.

@bummbledbee:  This is such a good question because its so hard to judge. when I lost my 100+ pounds I went from (depending on brand) a 38 or 40 C to a 34 or 36 C. I definitely agree it depends how you distribute your weight!!

I’ve only lost 14 lbs so far but my bra size hasn’t changed at all.

I lost 30lbs a few years ago, and went from a 32J to a 32H. And they just looked even bigger compared to the rest of me! Gutted!

And now I’ve gained it all back, so am back to square one!

I was a B cup when I was skinny. I am almost back to a B cup now. Went from a 40C to a 36C. I am 23 pounds down and still have 65 to go. We’ll see how things change as I go. 🙂

I lost about 80 lbs & went from a 38 or 40 D to  34C.  Just got measured at VS the other day to double check my own measuring.  I hadn’t considered having to buy all new bras when I started dieting.

“Those D’s are gone for good,” said Dh, sadly.

I went from a 34C to a 30D. Problem is, I can’t find that size anywhere 🙁

@PrincessBride2014:

Go to La Senza/ VS and buy a 32, then go to your local tailor and have them snip an inch off the band (around) on either side ….

I’m a 32D, and pretty reliably….but I have done that with some of their balconette bras where the straps were too long. I’ve never done the around the bust alteration, but I can’t see why it wouldn’t be do-able.

Then you don’t have to venture into very expensive customs.:)

When I started my journey way back in 2008, I was over 220 pounds and a D40 When I lost my  first 50 pounds I was a 38C and now I weigh in between 130 and 145 and wear between a 34B to a 36C (I have a range, it changes throughout the month, sort of frustrating!)

Let me tell ya, from a 40D, I sure do strut around like a proud little lady when I’m sporting the B4 :-p

@AstonMartin:  I have bought 32’s and just sewed the back of the band tighter (very poor sew job btw) but its better than nothing. Some day I will have to go splurge and get it done properly at the tailor. Everyday I am fumbling with uncomfortable bras, I just wish all these stores made to sell bras would understand there are more sizes!! You know those VS models aren’t bigger than a 28/30 around.

@bummbledbee:  I lost 30 lbs a few years ago – I went from a B to an A. Thank GOD for padded bras.

When I lost weight last time, I went from a 40DD (probably more like an E) to 36C.
