Yay im so happy to see other people with aquamarine engagement rings! I spent a few weeks trying to pick out the right diamond and no matter what, I kept getting mad and going back to aquamarines. I ended up finding this one and instantly fell in love, it was definitely the one. (Yes I picked it, my fiancé and I dated 5 years he knew I was picky haha)
I love aquamarines for not only the color against the rose gold, but because I’m in love with the mountains in Colorado where many are found. My ring will always be a tiny escape when I look at it.

ShortieOne : I absolutely LOVE my aquamrine e-ring. I’ve never had a diamond ring, so I can’t really say how it compares. I have found that I need to clean it by hand with a soft toothbrush about once a month or it starts looking a little cloudy. (This might have more to do with the fact that I am really rough on my hands rather than the ring itself.) I haven’t noticed any scratches or scuffs on the stone.

I know this is an old thread (and that I really need a manicure…), but here’s mine! 4ct. cushion cut in a diamond halo setting. I love her 🙂
