Same thickness as your ering shank?

    Thicker than your ering shank?

I have a single halo, and all of my bands are the same thickness (not sure what they are, though). My e-ring came with a matching band, and we were able to get another band that exactly matched both of those.

The pic looks blurry, but you can see the 3 bands.

I haven’t bought my wedding band yet, I’m currently trying out this CZ and rose gold plated band. It’s 2mm and my ering band is 1.8mm. I’m looking for something around the same width because I would like some symmetry between the two rings.

I have a 2.5mm 14k RG band but it overtakes my ring so thats why I’d like something closer to the 1.8mm width. Here’s what it looks like currently:

mrslerca:  My band is completely different from my e-ring and I wanted it that way. They don’t really compliment each other but they each stand on their own, IMO anyway. I have no idea what the thickness is, they’re just different.

Mine came together as a set, which I originally never thought I’d go for, but it fits perfectly (guess that was the intended point, lol). The band is equal thickness to the individual criss cross shank band on the e-ring. This is the only photo I have so far of the two together, I need to do a photo at a better angle so you see it more clearly, but hopefully you get the idea.

mrslerca:  I think I want both thicker and one that’s the same haha. We haven’t bought them yet but below is what I’ve tried on and love! My fingers are bent in an awkward way in the picture though, so they look a little bit weird on me here.

mrslerca:  I haven’t yet! But once we actually buy them (go on sale soon please 😛) I can’t wait to play around with them. I really think I’ll like having both because you get to decide how much bling today haha. Plus the thicker one can be worn solo and still look good!

I have a single halo and the shank is 1.7mm. I prefer my wedding band to be thicker because my ering shank is so dainty in comparison to my center stone and  I feel like a thicker band helps balance out my set.

My newest wedding band is 2.5mm

    This one is 2.1mm

And this one is 1.5mm (my least favorite)

Mine is the same width. I tried on others of different widths but it just didn’t look right to me.

mrslerca:  Mine are the exact same width and height. I prefer symmetry, although I’d probably be okay with a slightly thicker band. The height would have to be the same, tho 🙂

Mine also came as a set. We didn’t buy it that way, he bought the band and proposed, then we got around to buying the band, I thought I wanted to get something different, but when I tried on the matching band I fell in love. 20150908_18125820150908_181253

I don’t have a halo, but I really like it when the wedding band echoes the width or look of either the e-ring shank or the halo pave.

I have a double halo but opted for stacking bands with mine. I wanted them to look really dainty. My e-ring is 1.7 mm, the bubble band is I believe 1.7 mm, and the diamond eternity is a super thin 1 mm.
