Congrats! Way to go. I don’t have any pictures but I am down 6 lbs in about a month. I started at 139 lbs and this morning I weighed 133 lbs. My goal at the wedding is between 110 and 115 lbs. Hoping to lose at least 8 lbs before the end of march for my engagement pictures. Oh and I am 5’3.

excellent.  I’m not going to share my details but I am working out with a trainer 3x per week and on my own two other days.  results are coming.

Ooo congrats!!!! I’m was down ~40, then got quite sick, gained a few pounds and now I’m at ~35ish. I’m hoping for -10 more pounds before mid April! We can do this!

@bmo88:  Thanks! It does feel great to see the results. I know you shouldn’t judge everything by the scale, but it sure does feel great to see that number go down! I hope you reach your goal. We both have plenty of time so I am sure we will!

I don’t really have any photos but I have been trying to lose weight since the middle/end of december. I have lost 16.5lbs so far so I am just over the halfway point in my journey to lose 30lbs. I don’t think I will lose the full 30 by my wedding day in april but anything that is less than I was is an improvement.

 wow that’s awesome! as of today I’m only down 2.2lbs and I’ll measure again on 3/1. I don’t expect significant changes. I’m not noticing anything by looking in the mirror. My current weight is 138.8. I would love to be down to 128 by the beginning of May but we’ll see.

What are you doing for exercise and eating?

Unreleated but I see you’re in Colorado…yay! Are you ready for this big snow? I hope it happens…goodness knows we need it! 🙂

Breakfast is where I fail. I do not like eating right after waking up. And skip it more often than not.

I’ve been thinking about cutting out pasta and bread. I went from eating it sometimes and in the last week eating it a lot. It’s made my stomach very angry.

Some days I’m good about drinking water, like today, and other days I’m terrible at it.

 

I have a 4wd CRV with new tires so I’ll slide for a bit and then it kicks in and really latches on…but it’s the other people I worry about some guy was driving way too fast Wednesday evening when the snow started coming down hard and there was a bus in front of us that stopped so everyone stopped and he barely stopped in time…his headlights were WAY TOO CLOSE to me. Nearly scared the pee out of me! I’m looking forward to the snow just because of the drought situation. With our snow pack only being 72% and last year being a drought year…we need the precip! I don’t want another fire-y summer.

I’m up in the bubble…Boulder!
