Good old fashioned eating healthy and exercise. Find an activity you really enjoy and make it into a habit, if it starts getting boring- find something else to keep you interested and active. Always have healthy snacks with you. Always. Eat whole, real foods- cut out artificial sweeteners and soda. I let myself eat whatever i want on Saturdays and every night I enjoy dessert after dinner and have a glass of wine here and there. Find a support system- mine is my running group and my Fi who’s amazingly supportive of me and my journey!!

@Dawn1234:  First: Photos are the WORST. Those are what really got me to lose weight- I don’t know why what we see in the mirror isn’t the same as what appears in photos, but I was avoiding having my photo taken at all costs. Also, I read a quote at some point that said something like, “Hating yourself isn’t going to help you get fit.” Don’t waste energy on that- I’m a full believer that you’re one workout away from a good mood. One work out isn’t going to give you a 6 pack or get rid of chubby thighs, but it will make you feel awesome and get your endorphins going. Make it a habit and you’ll see progress super soon. You can do it, girl!

@caits615:  yessssssss!! Thank u again! once I’m motivated I do pretty well, iv been 11stone7 before and got down to 10 stone but never been able to get to 9stone7 which is my goal this time 🙂 

 

cant wait to look back at those first pics iv just taken and know I don’t look like it anymore! lookin forward to getting back into running! You are my inspiration!

Everyone looks amazing! A before/after of mine same spot, same weekend 2011 & 2012.  It’s amazing how much confidence I gained.  I’d never been on a date before I summoned the courage to try an online dating site… found FH my first day, met him four days later, fell in love at first site, we’ve been inseparable ever since! lol.
