@Jacqui90:  weighed myself and measured my height today, I am actually 5’4″ not 5’3″ and currently weigh 169 pounds. I suck at getting motivated!

Started with AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge and still continue on some of the products. Guys, I only hit the treadmill 2 times a week and do 2 miles, that’s it. It’s all about core nutrition and healthy, clean eating. And yes, I cheat occasionally ๐Ÿ™‚  You can really see the difference if you use the closet door behind me as a reference…

I’ve lost 20 pounds and 15 inches! Let me know if you have any questions ๐Ÿ™‚

@bklynbridetobe:  Thank you. I initially started with Weight Watchers. Excellent plan. Great concept but eventually I felt like I could do it on my own and better. I started eating clean, watching carbs, and being in the gym. I now lift heavy 4 days a week and run. I feel amazing and healthy!

Bees! I reached my goal weight today!!! I started my WLJ with Weight Watchers when I was 19 years old at 181.2 lbs. I got down to 152, and then I fluctuated between that and 172 for 8 years! Last Thanksgiving,at the age of 27, I caught a glimpse of a picture that had just been taken of me and decided right then that I had to get serious about my health. Today I weighed in at a healthy 124.6! This is the first time in my ENTIRE life that I have had a normal BMI!

The top left photo is of me today, the top right photos are of me in college, the bottom left was me at our wedding in July 2012, and the bottom right hand photo is the Thanksgiving picture that motivated me to start Weight Watchers again! Just for reference, I’m 5’3” Smile

If I can do it, you can do it!
