*or what you are in the process of DIY-ing* 🙂 Share your theme or “vision”, too!
Ours is at the beach followed by a backyard BBQ 🙂
I’m going to have to make pretty much everything, but here are a couple of items I’m drawing inspiration from:
Our Boston Terriers are going to be in the wedding, so I’m making little tutus and collars for them to wear 🙂
Still have no idea what our centerpiece/table decor situation will be, but I’ll be making those as well…lots of pink, orange and silver 🙂
I’ll be doing my own customizations to my dress after it has been altered 🙂
What are y’all planning to DIY and/or are working on now? Share your pics!

Love your ideas! I hope you have fun and it all turns out how you imagine.
I have finished place card boards:
I’m in the middle of my bird cage card holder (this is inspiration):
I am doing program fans (this is inspiration but I ordered same kits and plan to use the same black/white template and adding yellow ribbons):

@badabing88: I am not creative enough to do any of this. I just don’t have the inclination 😛 But bravo to the gals who do because a lot of it looks GREAT. Your dogs will be absolutely adorable 🙂

I’m scouting library locations and going for a literary/paper theme. I plan to do a LOT of DIY.
Save the date:
Bookmark escort cards:
I want to do a backdrop similar to this:
And if I get SUPER ambitious, I might try my luck at hand-painting a veil:

I’m in the process of DIY-ing a bunch of our stuff and plan on doing more once I complete some of my current projects. We love natural colors and wood (we live in a very wooded area), so a lot of our stuff is wooden. Not really sure what our theme would be considered.
Save the Dates
The card in the lid is a fabric backed magnet. We’re going to use a e-pic when we get them done.
Invitations (still tweaking the paper inside but I’ve made about 50 of the wood shells)
Place Cards (the guests’ have their first and last names, but I didn’t want to put anyone’s name online so I used the front side of mine as an example)
“Arch” (inspiration pic)
Thank You cards (inspiration pic)
I’m also DIY-ing our (tea) favors and programs, but I don’t even have an inspiration pic for our programs yet!

@badabing88: Oh your dogs will look so cute!! I wish my dog was calm enough to be at our wedding. My FI keeps suggesting putting him in the wedding as a joke since we know he’d get so hyper with all the attention.

@AllieANT: I love your pics!! We aren’t sure the pups *will* be calm 😡 We just cannot imagine our day with out them!
@MexiPino: LOVE that veil!
@badabing88: Me too! It’s something like $20k by some fancy designer. But, really… it doesn’t seem that hard right? I mean, if I’m not terribly picky? I dunno. I’m thinking about getting some tulle and practicing next week.
@MexiPino: You definitely should! If I want nice things like that, I have to make them, and you’d be amazed what you can do if you just practice it enough times 🙂
Post # 12
@MexiPino: Definitely try it! That veil is so gorgeous!

We’re having a formal punk rock wedding “Love Rocks!!”. My man and I both play instruments and we used to play in the same band. Music brought us together so music was our theme. Bring on the Ska and Punk!! Here is our save the date. I designed our lil vintage old school poster.
