I have been working SO SO hard trying to lose weight before my wedding in August. I am doing weight watchers, plus working out 5-6 days a week. I have lost 12.5 lbs in a month and inches as well (not sure exactly). I can tell a difference in how my clothes fit, and how I feel in general. I still want to lose about 17 more for a total of 30. I started at (i can’t believe i’m admitting this) 177 lbs, and I’m down to 164.5. I’m only 5’3 so that’s ALOT of weight to be carrying on this little body. Anyway, here’s pictures:

You look great! Youve got 3+ more months, you will deifnitly hit your goal and some! Just don’t get discouraged if the weight loss slows down A LOT after this month. It took me 6+ months to lose 25 pounds and it was totally worth the wait and commitment!

Gosh, 12.5 lbs is a lot to lose in a month! I think it’s usually advised you lose no more than about 2 lbs a week in order to stay healthy and also maintain the loss in the long run.
You look lovely though – both in the before and after photos! I can really see the difference in your face.

it is a lot of weight to lose in a month. the first 2 weeks, i lost 7 and then it’s slowed down since then. i’m averaging a lb and a half since then.
