I have a medium skin tone – I’m Mexican and I think my tone is warm but my mom always told me I could go either way… Will a beige/nude lace look good on me? The wedding dress I’m thinking of has this nude/beige lacey illusion thing going on on it but the model is fair and it looks good on her so I’m not sure what it would be like on me. I can’t try it on but I have another gown the same style so I think the fit should be fine. I’m just worried about the lace…

Not sure if this will help, but I’m somewhat tan (Asian) and my dress is ivory lace over champagne!

@rcorral: By The Way, that’s the lace with a screenshot of my skin tone in the middle of it.

My skin tone could go either way too. My dress has a champagne underlay. I think it all really depends on the cut of the lace. Hope this helps.

@Lily_of_the_valley: Thanks!! I had some dress doubts but am going back to loving it again 🙂
Thank you! Can’t wait for it to get here already!
The champagne underlay is something I never would have picked out by myself but it was the one dress that the bridal consultant suggested for me! It looked meh on the hanger but I liked it a lot more when I put it on. I’m obviously biased but I say go for it and post pics if you do get it 🙂
Your dress looks awesome on you! So pretty and so unique 🙂

@julezilla: Thank you. Your dress is beautiful, looks amazing on you and I love that you can really appreciate the shape of the lace. I hadn’t thought of the champagne underlay either it was suggested by my bridal consultant. I am so glad she did it really did the change the overall effect.
