I am wrapping up an extremely stressful and difficult process with Tammy to retrieve the wedding dress I ordered at her location. I was supposed to receive the dress in May and only after filing a claim with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau did she produce the dress. It’s still unclear what happened in the interim because I can’t get a straight answer out of her no matter how many times I ask or how direct the question, but there was a lot of lying, several fabricated FedEx tracking numbers, and my very real fear that I would never get the dress I paid for. The situation is not quite resolved yet and my hope is that she will do the right thing.
I would strongly encourage people not to patronize this store. I’m not sure what’s happened recently, but for the amount of money you spend and the normal stress involved in this type of purchase, you should go elsewhere.
