- Wedding: December 2011
So, funny thing about timing… two Bees have recently blogged about a few projects they’ve been working on. One (Honey, I think?) posted her sleigh bells with tag. Another posted her response card wording with bells.
Guess what? We have sleigh bells (real ones, purchased from a business that normally only sells to horse farms) tied with rawhide with Moo card tags that read “Celebrate their wedded bliss, ring this bell to make them kiss!” on one side and “To love, laughter, and happily ever after. Hisname and Myname 1.22.12” Each bell will be placed on the ceremony chairs, and guests will ring them when we kiss.
Also, our RSVP wording says “___ Yes, will be there with bells on!” and “___ No, will not attend (heard there will be bells).”
Those are the only two bell references in the entire wedding, btw.
Do you know how long ago we did these? MONTHS!! Not that I really thought it was all that original, but I guess I sort of hoped it was a little less common.
Has anyone else experienced a brief flash of posessiveness over something in the wedding? Or am I just really, really tired?
