Not yet, but in the next couple weeks I will!  Mine were very simple.  We are using a petal envelope as the inner envelope, but I still wanted to print somewhere the names of the people being invited so that people wouldn’t (hopefully) not get confused.  So I just bought some plain purple paper from Paper Source, ran it through my computer and then used my paper cutter to cut them into plain strips.

You could conceivably used special patterned paper or something, too.  Not sure if it’s worth the effort if you’re looking for something fancier, but I guess it depends on how much they cost to buy.

We made out own.  Used regular satin ribbon held together with glue dots.  We then added a round monogram.

I plan to just diy them.  All you need is cute scrapbook paper and a papercutter (or scissors).  You can use glue dots or a sticker as the seal.
