Yep, I got that. It was mostly when I was itchy and irritated my skin further by scratching like a mad woman. I kept the area clean and dry for a few days and it cleared up on its own. I also wore clothing that wasn’t too constrictive over that area that allowed my skin to breathe (e.g. cotton vs polyester). I had two relatively small patches, versus one giant heat rash patch. If it’s itchy, definitely try not to scratch it. That alone helped a lot.

I got it too!  Second trimester though.  I was using Palmer’s Oil and I think that along with me scratching(my belly skin was definitely stretching) it just got icky.  I stopped applying the oil and used my regular lotion and it went away. 🙂

@Daisyb:  I thought I had a heat rash this morning because it was the first time it was over 90 degrees and I put bio oil on it and it feels a lot better. Idk if that helps?
