Because of the low back I would forego a belt.

I agree with the low back and sleek lines no belt.  If you must do something you can add i guess a rhinestone accent.

You’d be surprised.  I have a dress with a very low back and I’m wearing a silk belt with diamante on the front only – the silkiy ribbon bit seems to disappear into the lace.  It works well.  Why don’t you just try one on when you pick up the dress, the belt may be lower than you think it is, or maybe as someone above suggested use an accent rather than a belt?  Tip:  I got my dress from David’s they were a bit pushy about me buying the belt and didn’t tell me the price until I got to the till.  £138 looool …. I declined knowing I could get one just as nice for £35-£50.

No belt . Belts are highly overrrated imho as an enhancement , and that dress needs no  enhancement anyway .
