    I tried on that exact dress, and LOVED it when they added a blingy sash. I also think it would look awesome with with a flower sash as well!

    I’ve seen examples of this dress with a crystal beaded sash and it just adds so much more to the dress!

    I think some bling would totally take your dress to a whole new level. What about a large brooch or pin? Your dress is beautiful, btw

    I think a sash would look great. I considered that dress too and was going to add a large brooch on the side where the material gathers.

    i think it looks absolutely fabulous as is, if you want something (it’s definitely not necessary) i’d do a blingy sash. again, it looks perfect as is though!

    This dress looks amazing on you!

    You could try a sash with it, some jewel aplique on one side of the waste (not sure if I explained that right) or a big brochel where the dress gathers, similar to Maggie Sottero’s Adore.

    @Lorge28:

    no…not yet.  i’m scouting out rhinestone sashes on etsy, still don’t know which one to pick.

    on a side note, i’m doing exactly what you are doing with the sweetheart neckline.  i found a pic of a bride who changed the neckline and i LOOOOVVEEE it.

    i just reread your original post about your dress being oyster in color.  perhaps you get a bligny belt with the netted background so the sash color won’t show?  such as this one?

    maybe not that one exactly, but see how there is no sash color visible?  this seller has a bunch of them with no visible sash underneath- and at great prices too.  i’ll probably end up with one of her sashes
