congrats!  Bermuda is awesome.  I was there on a cruise about 8 years ago and had a great time.  The beaches are gorgeous as is the entire island, (all the houses are painted bright colors).  Definitely go on a boat tour that includes seeing some of the shipwrecks.

We went to Bermuda on our honeymoon in July, and it was AWESOME! We splurged and stayed at Tucker’s Point Hotel and Spa. Grounds were gorgeous! A tram take you down to the beach (about 5 minutes) and well worth it as they have the largest private beach on the island.

The rooms are also amazing! Everyone who has seen our photos thought we stayed in an ugraded room when we just stayed in a basic one. We have a balcony and I believe every room has a view of the ocean.

The food was great at the Hotel and people who aren’t staying there can also make reservations so even if you don’t stay there I highly reccomend The Point. You can also dine at the beach club for dinner which we did and watched the moon rise ove rthe ocean.

It was a bit of a bus ride to downtown Hamilton, but the bus stop is right outside the hotel gates.  We actually liked being a little farther out as it was more peaceful, less touristy, and less kids which is nice on a honeymoon!

If you can do the Southhampton Princess that is a can’t fail hotel.  If not there is a sister hotel as well that is a little less money in the city.
