I didn’t purchase the Berta I tried on but it was gorgeous, congratulations on buying one! If you are only 1/4″ different in size it is likely the dress will fit just fine, and if not you’ll need at most, to lose a couple pounds, or have it let out ever so slightly. Most dresses are ordered in standard sizes not custom, but I’m not sure about Berta. You won’t know for sure until you try it, good luck!

I have not purchased a Berta but tried them on!…I went with Inbal Dror but their process is the same! They make your dress according to your measurements unless she purchased the sample gown which is probably not likely…so its going to be tailored to her measurements so be really careful with that.

I am thinking about purchasing a used Berta 4 sizes larger… how did you dress work out for you? I am obsessed with this designer.

How did your dress work out? I am thinking about purchasing used bc her dresses are so expensive. But, the detail is so incredible it doesn’t seem like there is room for alterations unless it’s made for you?
