    Hell Yeah!

    I'm undecided.

    No, you're crazy.

Me! I want to wear my glasses for basically all the reasons you mentioned haha. I wore them for my engagement photos and I think they photographed really well and I’m so happy I look like ‘me’ in the pictures. I’m definitely going to be wearing my glasses on my wedding day (:

    I posted my e-pics here if you’re interested: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/yay-our-beautiful-engagement-pictures-very-pic-heavy

I wear glasses but I’m undecided on whether I’ll be wearing them for the entire wedding. My vision isn’t terrible without them but I can tell a difference. I don’t really want to go the contact route either because I’ve never been able to wear them comfortably. I might take them off for a few pictures but will wear them for the ceremony and reception.

I wore my glasses! I’ve been wearing them since I was 5 and cannot see without them, and have never worn contacts (I am really sensitive about my eyes, I can barely sit through an optometrist exam and my old doctor used to joke that I could get contacts if I wanted, but not from him!). I have barely ever seen myself without glasses, only in a few pics, and I feel like I don’t look like me without them. Everyone who actually knew me understood why I wanted to wear glasses, but my make-up/hair stylist gave me a really hard time about it, weirdly! But, I don’t regret it for a second πŸ™‚

I didn’t wear my glasses down the aisle, but that is because I have transitions in my lens and didn’t want my outdoor ceremony pictures to look like I was wearing shades the whole time, and it wasnt economical to get a new pair just for that day.

But I put them on right after and all my guest shots are with me in my glasses.

    I say rock ’em!

I don’t want to vote because you don’t have an option for “It wasn’t for me, but I’ve seen some awesome four-eyed brides before!”.

My husband was a sexy four-eyed groom.  πŸ™‚

I wrote a blog post about this a while ago.  I’m not sure whether I’ll wear my glasses or not.  My vision’s not too bad, but I do feel like I’d be missing out by not being able to focus (literally!) on parts of my wedding.  There’s no way I’ll wear contacts because I’ve got all sorts of allergies and it just seems like a really dumb idea for me to be putting things in my eyes!  Probably I’ll not wear them early on, but put them on as soon as I get fed up of the background being blurry Smile  I will definitely have my sunglasses though.  My stupid pale blue eyes are incredibly sensitive to light, and I’d probably end up with an enormous headache and spots in my vision for a couple of days if I refused to wear my shades Cool

I want to wear contacts but I will likely have glasses on standby because I will want to rip them out by the end of the night I wore contacts for my e-pics last month and arm curious to see how I looked sans glasses.

I wore my glasses on my wedding day. I have worn glasses since I was 7 years old and just do not like contacts, so it didn’t make sense for me to wear them for one day. DH told me he wanted me to wear my glasses because I wouldn’t look like ‘me’ without them and he wouldn’t know who he was marrying! Haha. I say wear them proudly!

I will! Nevermind the fact that I cant see anything without them, they’re just part of me. I want to look like myself on my wedding day, and I wouldnt look like myself without them.

    Proud four eyes here! πŸ˜›

Spent the first 14 years of my life detesting the damn specs and thanks to the gift of lenses when I was 14, I now only wear them in the house or if I have an eye infection.

Some people who have known me 10 years don’t know I wear lenses!…. I don’t think they aren’t nice on some people, I think Spec can look specksy (sorry)… but for a wedding day look I don’t want to feel like my face is covered up
