I’m getting ready to put together my invitations but I need recommendations on wha the best adhesive is for heavy metallic cardstock. I’ll be adhering the invitation panel which is printed on 107lb metallic cardstock onto a backing which is even heavier metallic cardstock. The texture is very smoth on both so I forsee all sorts of problems. Any advice? What did you all use?

I would use a good double sided tape… somthing like Super Tacky Tape. you can order it from paper-source.com or even get it at your local hobby lobby
and I would also put it on both pieces of cardstock so ultimately you’re taping the tape… it tends to stick it’s very best that way. =)

omg i just came back from fed ex , i was doing something with this metal cardstock thingy. The metal actually has an adhesive backing.. IDK the size of your invites but you can check these out. They are quick cutz adhesive metal sheets 🙂 To get the other paper to stick to the top of the metal i just used glue stick that they had there but I plan on using double stick tape for the rest

I used glue dots – worked like a champ!
