We went with Davids Bridal’s invitations.  But we used a coupon code for 30% off.  I don’t know if they are the best or the most affordable.  I can tell you our invitations came out very beautiful and I love them.  We paid around $150 for 100 invitations, 100 reception cards, 100 thank you cards..and all the envelopes they gave us.

I would check Etsy, there seem to be tons of designers on Etsy who have low prices!

How much are you willing to DIY? If you don’t mind printing out the invites, and you just want to buy a design, you should check out E.M. Papers – http://empapers.com/. I really really love her designs and almost went that route (but ended up painting my invites).

We used http://www.invitationstyles.com/ and they were really quick and efficient.  I think for around $120 I bought 80 invites with rsvp cards and envelopes, and thank you cards with envelopes.  They aren’t super fancy, but you can change the colors and fonts around on them and the customer service was pretty efficient.
