I say buy the Monistat and give it a whirl with a normal dress. Then if it doesn’t please you, it makes an excellent foundation primer, and try something else. I use it on my thighs and also my feet for running longer distances and it prevents blisters really well. And at 6 bucks it’s cheap enough just to try.

This may sound crazy to some, but regular old Dove regular antipersperant does the trick for me.

Deoderant. I know it sounds weird, but it works like a charm. I used to never be able to wear dresses or shorts due to chafing but now I wear them all the time!

@out4answers:  Sorry didn’t come back to this post until just now. But yes, it’s essentially a silicone gel and I find it works wonders for those slight rubbing points BEFORE blisters start.  Really any point where rubbing/chaffing is an issue. I also put it on the inside of my elbow when I run in short sleeves and it just puts a layer of protection against rubbing on my shirt while my arms swing.

Hey Ladies! IN lieu of any powders/creams, try Luvees! They have thigh protectors and full panties with thigh protectors! AWESOME!

I use my regular old dove deodorant, per my friends’ suggestion. We call it “deodorthighsing” as in “Oh! I need to go deodorthighs!” .

Another one who is in love with her dove deodorant. I suggest you wait for it to dry before going out though

Glide is absolutely amazing. I’m marathon training and Glide has become my savior lol. Before it I was chafing on my arms, legs, chest it was horrible. Now that I use it, no pain or chafing!

    Go for it!

i bought both the monistat and the lanacane. both feel/work exactly the same and are wonderful.

the monistat was $2 cheaper and had .5oz more than the lanacane.
