The best simple exercise for overall toned arms are push-ups, dips and bicep curls!

Good Luck!

For me, general cardio is the best for everything. I run 3 times a week. It gets rid of the fat on my arms so the muscle shows up better!

Another good choice is the 30 day shred or some similar circuit training, which incorporates cardio and strength training.

Good luck!

Second the 30 Day Shred!

Get 3 and 5 lb weights. Do bicep curls to the front and sides with the 5 lbs. With the 3 lbs do tricep kickbacks, shoulder lifts and raises to the front and sides. To burn more calories, do squats and lunges along with these arm exercises. Push-ups and dips are also great.

When you’re ok doing those, take it up a notch by doing punches holding the 3 lb weights!

I do cardio 5 days a week to keep toned and also lift weights at the gym. I’ve been lifting for a while and do 15-25 lbs depending on the machine. I would start out light though, I’ve moved up to heavier weights and will probably start cutting back because my arms are getting a little too muscly! lol

start with 3-5 lbs as the others have recommended and you can easily find guides on the internet for appropriate exercises.

I was on the 100 pushup challenge for 5 weeks, repeating week 3 twice! I was so annoyed and took last week off, and now I feel even worse : And I didn’t even notice a difference in my arms despite being able to do 5 sets of 25, like wha?
