Why not track your body measurments with measuring tape instead of your weight? If you are gaining muscle that’s way more accurate.

Oooh, we just registered for one of these today! I believe we picked this one? Fiance is super athletic and I’m just getting in to working out regularly, so I thought it might be nice to have around.

I have a Tanita scale and it seems to be pretty accurate (based on all the different people who have measured themselves on it).  I do think the most accurate is to get it tested it underwater… but that’s not very practical!

Shoot. I just grab on to my side and if I can pinch anything more than a little skin it’s time to up the veggies and go for a run.

If your’e interested in progress more so than the actual number i woudl reccomend a tanita scale.  They will get you within 5% of the actual number BUT it will decrease as you lose fat.  Also, don’t take a shower before weighing.
