Best at home workout?

I agree with all the Beachbody fans! I’m not a coach but I’m currently doing 80 Day Obsession and have completed 21 Day Fix, 21 Day Fix Extreme, PiYo, Insanity, P90X3 and Shift Shop.

I love the variety and the workout calendars so I don’t have to think about what to do each day. Each program has a calendar or you can find Hybrid ones online that mix two programs or mix a program with running, etc. 

Some at home equipment is needed for some programs, but I’ve slowly built up my equipment over the past few years.

The biggest motivator for me is being in one of the free groups (either via Facebook or an app) for my coach and seeing everyone eating healthy and completing workouts (at their own pace). I find I exercise much more and get better results when in a group vs. when I’m not.

I’m doing a combination of C25K (Couch to 5k) and 8fit. Both are apps and I do them with little to no equipment.
