I have 3 friends (MOH, Bridesmaid or Best Man and Officiant) that keep asking what I want to do… I finally told them this week…. i want to ride the http://www.seakeywestexpress.com/  then I want to stay for a couple of nights at http://www.coconutbeachresort.com/ or somewhere and while down there on Saturday I want to do this http://www.furycat.com/key-west/watersports-attractions.htm

So far i know that there will be 7 or 8 of us for sure, depends on if my daughter will be able to take 1 1/2 weeks off work to be down here that long to go, since if we do this, it will be prob the weekend before our wedding.

I recently hosted a bachelorette weekend in NYC and did all the usual events. The rest of the maids and I were talking about what we would each like. A few ideas:

– Lazy river tubing

– Cooking class (with wine!)

– All day hike

@susieann:  Can I ask what you guys ended up doing? My friend has a house in Solvang and 10 of us are going to stay there for mine in July. Would love ideas of what worked (or didn’t) & how expensive everything was. Thx!

When my sister was Maid/Matron of Honor for her friend I really liked the bachelorette they threw for the bride. They went to dance class, massages I think, and a karaoke bar…but not a cheesy one. It was a swanky upscale one where you can rent private rooms for your party, and the food and drinks are flowing nonstop. Then they stayed the night and had a slumber party at a nice hotel and the next day had a big breakfast.
