Are they able to sew cups into the dress for added support or if u had an old strapless bra they could sew into the dress and then just cut it down not to show.

I’m having my bra sewn into my dress. A regular bra cut up since i don’t like the shape of strapless bras. I’m a 34h

It’s too low in the front in my opinion for a strapless Dear Daughter.  Had to shop for one for my daughter -also Dear Daughter – and googled best selling strapless bra on amazon and got a great one.  However I think your dress is cut lower than hers. Plus the issue of the low back.

I think what you need is a corset.

Edit- Don’t know why this site  changes my D D to that!!!

You need cups sewn in I think. Love the dress 🙂

I tried looking for exactly that. I wasn’t successful, so I had quality cups sewn into my dress. The first alterationist (with the salon) put basic cups in. They were TERRIBLE. No support and comfortable. So, I found another alterationist and she laughed. Then, she inserted better cups that had extra support. It was perfect. So much better than a bra. (I had an illusion back and a bra was not an option.)

I’ve been wanting to try out the Fashion Forms Full Figure Lift Adhesive Strapless Backless Bra – You can find it as Macy’s, Target, Amazon… it looks amazing and can be reused in the future too!

Definitely get some cups sewn in. As a “gifted” lady myself I have a hard enough time with strapless bras! You don’t want to be messing with a bra all night so just get some cups and be done with it!

My boobs are a C cup, so not as big as yours. But my dress was VERY limiting when it came to bras. It wasn’t strapless but it had a big cutout in the back and every bra I tried some of it would show. I ended up buying these things called “bring it up” on amazon and it worked wonders. They have an A-C cup one and a D-DD cup one. They come in like a pack of 8 I think so I bought a couple packs (they aren’t very expensive) and I practiced putting them on until I got good at it.

Hey Bee – I had a very similar dress (Hayley Paige Hayley) and I’m larger chested as well. I had cups sewn in, but then I also taped my boobs just to make sure there would be no nip slips or anything. Was not the sexiest wedding night look but it worked and I got to dance all night long with no worries!
