Revlon ColorStay liner is the only thing I’ve found that works for me! Most other liners I’ve tried in the past have set off the watering/irritation so much, but this one glides on super easy and stays all day for me- been using it for at least 5-7 years now!

i am a WATERY EYED OILY FACED lady, too!!! For me, it’s all about the primer. I use 3. Givenchy Mister Matte all over my face and on my under eye area, the on my lids and a little under my eyes I use the urban decay eyeshadow. Primer potion. I put it on my Eye lids and then I put on my under eyes just where my eye liner will sit. Then, I put on smashbox under eye brightening primer. I work 12 hour days, and I use a waterproof liquid liner (it’s Almay. I’ve tried everything and this is the one I love) and it doesn’t move. I also set my makeup with Make Up Forever HD high definition powder with a big kabuki brush, now this step is tricky – if you use too much of this it will look TOO WHITE under your eyes in pictures where a flash was used. A friend of mine follows my steps exceot she sets her makeup with bare minerals mineral veil. if I do this routine, my eyeliner stays perfectly put. I have never used a makeup setting spray, but I’ve heard good things about them. Good luck!!!! i would go to sephora and see if they will give you a few samples before committing to all these products because they are pricey. :/

Also, try it out for a few days BEFORE your wedding.

Let me know if you try it. 🙂

Shkragoldfish:  I have a hard time with my waterline. I really love UD Perversion and Bare Minerals eyeliner. I can use the gel liners but sometimes they burn me on my bottom. I dont like anything else Bare Minerals but I really love their black eyeliner. It is also VERY dark which is a plus for me. I usually set my eyeliner with a matte black shadow especially if I am going out.

Shkragoldfish:  I don’t have particularly watery eyes but I do have hooded eyelids and oily skin. Apparently that combo means that even if I just put eyeliner on my upper lid it somehow migrates to below my eyes a few hours into the day. The one eyeliner I’ve used that hasn’t done that is a liquid liner by Milani called Infinite eyeliner – locally I can find it at walgreens, walmart, and sometimes CVS. It’s something like $6-8. might be worth a try. The included brush is not very good though so I use a separate brush to apply.

Ok I missed that you were looking for a lower eyeliner … Don’t know if you want to be putting liquid liner there …

Not sure if you need a different type of eyeliner for the lower part, but I swear by Stila stay-all-day liquid eyeliner (it’s a fine-point felt tip). That stuff is extremely waterproof (I go swimming in it and it stays put 100%!). It’s awesome. I buy it at sephora.

Shkragoldfish:  I wear napoleon gel liner on a daily basis and seal it (using a small flat brush) with translucent setting powder. It works really well!

I use a liquid concealer under my eyes so I always found my eyeliner would smudge as the day went by but this has almost stopped that (i’d say its 95% effective, I get some very minor smudging but nothing that looks bad or would probably even be noticable to other people!)
