Voluminous by l’oreal is a good drug store one. Honestly though I switched to name brand mascara because I wear it almost every day and I don’t regret it at all! Right now I wear perversion by urban decay but I liked lights camera lashes by tarte

Lash Paradise by L’Oreal is amazing! I actually prefer it over most high end mascaras

I use a few from Maybelline and Bourjois!

Mascara is the only makeup I buy from the drug store cause I go through SO much of it and don’t find the expensive stuff any different.

If you’re really looking to save some money, I would suggest one of Wet N Wilds mascaras. There are a few to choose from and they’re only like $2/3. I like the yellow one.

L’Oréal Voluminous Carbon Black. It’s been my go to for years, even after trying some more expensive ones.

Another vote for Voluminous. The plastic applicators separate my lashes so much more and keep them clump free. I prefer Benefit Roller Lash now though, and it’s not terribly expensive. Around $22 I think.

I like Maybelline Lash Sensational. Doesn’t flake or smudge on me, defines my lashes, and helps hold a curl which is a MUST for me and my straight lashes.

I just found L’Oreal Unlimited (i use the waterproof version) and it is amazing so far. I think it’s fairly new. But it is the only one I’ve found that actually keeps my long eyelashes curled all day (after I use a curler). And I’ve tried virtually EVERYTHING from drug store brands to super expensive department store and specialty lines. Great stuff.

Another vote for L’Oreal Voluminous! I use the extra volume collagen version. I also layer Covergirl Lash Blast over it. Great combo!

L’oreal Voluminous…. I tried a lot of the super expensive ones and while they’re good, I keep going back to l’oreal.

Someone did a “100 mascaras tested on the same eye” article and it was wholly satisfying to me. I’ve realized how differently mascaras can respond to your eyelashes, almost how certain hair types respond to certain things better. Prior to lash extensions I had thick, naturally curled lashes that were densely packed in growth pattern. One mascara worked best for me. Two years later, after lash extensions, my lashes grow poker straight, more sparce and longer — so I had to change mascara.

Covergirl clump crusher (I use the “extensions” version) is my favourite everyday mascara if you want a more natural look, it’s literally impossible for it to clump and it never ever smudges on me (my skin is super oily so that’s saying something)

When I want more dramatic lashes, Loreal Lash Paradise is so amazing! It’s not very clumpy but I still go over it with the covergirl clump crusher as I like very separated lashes. The normal version will smudge a teeny tiny bit on me by the end of the day, but the waterproof version doesn’t at all!

Essence false lash princess in the green tube!! It’s like $5 but it works well! I also like Maybelline mascaras, Lash Blast and Lash sensational are my two faves. Lash Paradise was great too.

If you want to look beyond drug store, Japanese mascaras are amazing. Kiss Me Heroine is my fave brand…its bulletproof! Holds a curl, no smudging or flaking.
