That doesn’t sound like much food to me, but we could have completely different stats and goals. Have you tried IIFYM? I’m on a higher calorie plan than MFP gave me (by a lot) and am now losing the vanity pounds pretty steadily and building muscle. For example, I’m 5’5″ and a muscular 150 (size 4). MFP told me I needed around 1100 calories to lose a pound a week. The plan I’m on now has me eating between 1650 and 2200 calories each day (carb cycling) working out 4-5 times per week. The former caused me to gain weight and feel cranky, the latter has me feeling energized. I’m not saying what works for me will work for you, but I’d play around with your nutrition a bit and see if adding calories helps or if there’s hidden sugar or something in your diet.

I understand that. The only meat I eat is seafood and I’m lactose intolerant, so I have to pre-plan my meals to make sure I get enough protein. It sounds like you’re doing pretty well if you’re including eggs, cheese, and yogurt! Perhaps supplement with a protein shake?

If you can get a good coach that would be best! If you know how to judge a good one.
Other than that I really love Natalie Jill’s stuff, you can find her FB page, she’s amazing!
You can aim for 0.6-0.8g of protein per lb as a minimum, and begin each meal with protein it helps with satiety, then eat fruits and veggies until satiated, you can experiment going higher or lower carb to find what you feel best on. 🙂
