lildropofsunshine:  I got my silk flowers from Michael’s and afloral.com.

I only ordered 4 calla lillies from afloral.com, but they were great quality.

As long as they’re arranged well, you can’t go wrong with silk flowers!

lildropofsunshine:  I ordered a bunch of real touch flowers from an Etsy seller DexinFloral. I should be receiving them today or tomorrow so I can let you know the quality of them. They were a great price and the shipping is super fast (like 1.5 weeks from China to Canada).

lildropofsunshine:  I ordered all silk flowers for my centerpieces from Afloral.com. I personally think they’re great, and my friends/family that have seen them from a distance thought they were real.

MrsGauthier:  I got the flowers tonight and they are amazing! The quality is 5 star, shipping was amazingly fast, and the seller has great communication. I am so happy. The shop name is DexinFloral on Etsy.

I ordered single stem real touch roses, real touch blue/purple cymbidium orchids & real touch white tiger lily.

I searched and searched for flowers and everything I came across looked so cheap. I am happy I didn’t settle and kept looking cause these flowers are beautiful!

lildropofsunshine:  The note I received with my order said they also sell in bulk. Maybe if you contact them they will give a discount for larger purchases? Doesn’t hurt to ask.

I got some nice ones from Michael’s, if you’re hesitant about doing the online thing. Some looked cheap but some were nice quality- you just have to look around.

I used Holly’s Flower Shoppe from Etsy.  Holly was super great to work with and had awesome communication.  She created my bouquet, my bridesmaid’s bouquets and our groomsmen boutonierres.  The colors and quality are great and the photograph really well!

Here’s my 2 cents on doing your own artificial. Just buy them pre-made on etsy. It is A LOT harder than it looks to make them look nice, even with high quality flowers. I went through a lot of iterations of making mine. it was not easy at all. Looks so simple….let the pros do it. I thought it would be cheaper to do it myself. Nope. I bought flowers online, sometimes they were not what i expected, or the wrong color etc. plus the real touch flowers are pretty expensive. Props to anyone who does their own! Seriously I learned my diy lesson. thankfully, i think it turned out pretty ok.
