I used ewedding.com simply because you could add music! It turned out beautiful!

I like mywedding.  It’s been very easy to use, and as far as I can tell it has all the features you’d need.

I am using weddingwire and I really like it because it is easy to use and it has more than just the wedding website part of it. I use my budget tool like crazy!

I didn’t use a wedding website, but I did use blogspot/blogger.  I found a free online RSVP’ing site that caters to stuff like that and I used that on the blog.  This way, I’ll be able to keep it FOREVER unlike many websites that will delete  your site after a year.

of course, I also bought a program that you can use to customize blogger any way you want and have been using it as much as possible!

Weddingwire here too!  I started with mywedding, but I didn’t like the way they password protected.  Weddingwire had everything we needed, and does a great job with online RSVPs

Weddingchannel.com – it is a linked with theknot.com, but I liked their designs better. It is very easy to use, password protected, with RSVP available.

It has been a great help for our guests so far! 🙂

We used mywedding.com which was great – I would definitely recommend it. But my favorite free site is wedsite.com

I used OneWed.com and was very happy with it. Mostly I chose it because they had a template I liked that worked with my wedding colors and theme, but it was also very easy to use. They do have an RSVP page option.

@sonj818: Could you explain how the DNS forwarding worked between Go Daddy and Weddingwire? I’m a little nervous to go ahead with the domain purchase and wanted to make sure it would work. I would like to purchase a specific domain name so it doesn’t say “weddigwire.com/meandhubby.com” but rather, just “meandhubby.com” which would forward to the weddingwire site… Thank you so much!

@indibee:  I’m also using the knot just for the website.  I never get on the boards and I don’t think their site is very navigable.  But I love the website.  Very easy to set up and use, and it looks fantastic!

i am using mywedding.com and had no issues.  i also did my RSVPs online and it was great. it imports your guests into an excel file if you want.  i think you can even specify meal choices, although i didnt need to.

I am currently also searching for the best wedding website and haven’t been able to decide yet. The following site might help, it has links to some of the top free wedding website builders and has some nice comparisons: http://top-wedding-websites.com/
