They are pretty inexpensive but they last for years with serious wear.

What’s your shape? I’m a 12/14 narrow through the hips with a small butt for my size and the Gap 1969 skinny jeans are amazing. They have a higher rise than most skinny jeans, so there is, for me at least, zero muffin top, and the skinny leg makes me look proprtional since I have such narrow hips.

I’m a 12L with wide hips and a big butt and I LOVE the Sweetheart style from Old Navy. I have the skinny and the boot cut. I have some major post-baby love handle action and they cover it pretty well.

My neighbor is short and round but her shape is less curvy than mine and she likes the Diva style, also from Old Navy.

I like Silver, but just the Suki style.  They are considered mid-rise, and are high enough to cover my bum, and the waist is smaller than the hips, which fits my hourglass shape.

Express Rerock jeans go up to 14 and the sizing is pretty generous.

Also, Maurice’s. I like their Ivy jeans.

I really dislike Old Navy jeans. They look so cheap! Also dislike Lane Bryant.

I picked up a couple pairs from Target that are pretty great. I hear from a lot of people that Not Your Daughter’s Jeans are GREAT for fuller figures and have a higher rise.

Asda in the UK have just come out with slimming jeans. I was a bit skeptical but bought a pair and was asked if I’d lost weight as soon as I did. I’m about a US size 10-12.

They’re high-waisted and really comfortable and only £18 (about $25).

Definitely Silver jeans, hands down!!!  They are a little pricey, but I always pick mine up at the local department store when they have coupons or sales, so it’s not too bad.

I love Lane Bryant (haven’t worn anything but for a few years now — and they wear EXTREMELY well) — but they seem to be messing around with their sizing and such. Their Right Fit system worked very well for me, but they might be phasing that out. Another complicating factor is that I’m short! I actually went ahead and bought a Distinctly Boot petite in my size off eBay the other day because if they’re discontinuing…I want to stock up.
