I use Covergirl Aquasmooth tinted moisturizer.  It’s lighter than foundation, not as much worry about matching colors, and feels like nothing’s on.  When I don’t have an epic breakout, it’s all I need.

I agree with the ladies who said MUFE HD foundation. I found it to be very light, and not heavy feeling at all.

I found Revlon ColorStay to be VERY heavy feeling, so I would steer clear of that one.

I love maybelline dream matte mousse its more of a cream but it feels very light like powder.

I recently switched to Chanel’s Vitalumiere Aqua foundation and it is SERIOUSLY light and has SPF 15 too!

No No No No No to MUFE HD.

Gets rant reviews, but its so cakey. (I like a full coverage, and this was too much for me!)

Any Dior foundations are amazing, light but buildable.

Oh, I’ll also second the PP who said Laura Mercier. Very light and pretty.

Try a “BB Cream”

There are several at sephora and garnier makes one that you can get at drugstores.  Its a makeup that is a combo of moisturizer, primer, foundation, and most have antioxidants and other good skin stuff.  I’ve been doing lots of research on these and they are just fantastic.

I use Bosia BB Cream from sephora and its AMAZING but only comes in one color that doesn’t work for everyone but it suits my light-to-medium cool tone skin.  I love the idea of this product because it does so much in a single thin layer without applying all those products.  I used to be a product junki…usings moisturizer, serum, eye creams, concealers, primers, and setting powder all BEFORE by blush/bronzer and eye shadows.  The BB Cream does all of that and I spend significantly less time on my makeup.

I hate wearing full coverage on my face…it makes me feel trapped. I love using Smashbox high definition concealer and then a powder of your preference on top. I use the concealer under my eyes, on my nose and on little blemishes I might have. If you get the right color, it blends in perfectly without being on your entire face…then brush powder on top and your’re done…super simple yet with a flawless finish.
