Tisa85:  personally I love the ELF make up. I swear by all their products. The only product I use outside  of them is maybelline master conceal for dark circles and other blemishes that need covering.

Concealer: Maybelline Dark Circle Eraser (for dark under eye circles there is a orange colored concealer nyx has a great one. I use the orange concealer first then apply foundation and concealer over that, but some do foundation then orange then concealer, you can’t see the orange at all its actually amazing you should youtube “Dark Under Eye color correction”)

Foundation: I love Maybelline FitMe Poreless Matte for a matte finish, and the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind foundation for a glowy look. Sometimes I will mix some face cream with the matte foundation for a tinted moisturizer which is great for every day with a little bronzer and light highlighter!

Eyes: Eye Shadow: I love Too Faced Natural Matte Palette but if you are looking for a better price Morphe has great palettes for a great price! Mascara: Everyone likes different aspects for their lashes but Maybelline (I swear I don’t work for them lol just good quality for low cost) Great Lash Mascara is a great go to, I also love L’Oriel Voluminous Mascara for thicker looking lashes and their Telescopic Mascara for extra length!

Brows: I love Anastasia Bev Hills Brow Kit for brows but they are a bit pricey, sometimes I will take a brow brush and fill them in with the Too Faced Naturals Palette and use a brow gel over them to hold them!

Lips: NYX has some great lip liners and lipsticks as well as matte liquid lipsticks!

Hope that gives you some new options lol sorry if that was too much!

Tisa85:  Nothing beats Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade for eyebrows! Literal magic in a tiny little container!

I love the Smashbox BB cream, too. And I bought a cheapo Revlon PhotoReady foundation stick at CVS that works great for dark circles under your eyes.

Skin – tarte amazonian clay foundation for days when my skin is rebelling against me, but usually a tarte bb cream for most days. It’s light coverage, has spf, doesn’t cause breakouts and keeps my skin from being too dry. As for concealor, boi-ing from benefit

Eyes – naked3 palette from urban decay, sigma makeup brushes are also amazing (mr. bunny travel collection is amazing!) Also, check out salons that offer lash dying. It’s usually $15-$20 to tint them black and I never have to wear mascara anymore. It lasts about a month before fading a bit. I also use gel liner for days I want a more dramatic look.

Dark circles under eyes – erase paste from benefit is a miracle worker

Lips – for a matte look that literally lasts for a week if you want, colourpop liquid mattes are amazing. This stuff won’t come off with anything but coconut oil, totally kiss proof, cake proof etc. For a satin-y look, I love nars or mac

Eyebrows – anastasia brow duo powder is amazing, or if you want a super natural effortless look, benefit gimme brow gel works wonders. I have super thin sparse brows and this stuff makes brows where there’s nothing.

Hope this helps! I’ve gone through a lot of trial and error with makeup my whole life, I have really dry/sensitive skin that also breaks out easily with bad ingrediants and all of these products have been life savers!

As a side note, the best makeup remover is coconut oil. It will pretty much take off anything, even waterproof mascara. I rub it all over my face to remove everything and then use a warm wash cloth to gently wipe all the makeup off. I follow it with clinique cleanser/toner type 2 and then algenist genius cream or clinique lotion.

Skin: I use Clinique’s even better moisturizer with spf, and their even better foundation. I also like almay’s clear complexion concealer. I’ve started using Nyx’s coloured concealers for blemishes and imperfections before putting on foundation. I also just ordered kat von d’s foundation for nights out when I need more coverage.

Eyes: Naked 2 palette or smashbox double exposure palette are my go to’s. Maybelline great lash mascara is always a keeper, and whatever eyeliner I have. Lately I’ve been using smash box liquid liner but I’ve also used Rimmel kohl liner and if you want to splurge, Marc Jacobs gel liner is amazing and doesn’t budge!

Lips: for day lipstick I love Revlon’s colour stay suede lipstick. For going out, bite lipstick in gazpacho or cliniques red red red.

Brows: still trying to find something that works but I’m using NYX’s sculpt and highlight Brow contour.

I just bought a fureo mini for cleansing my face and I can’t even explain how great this little device is! So worth it!

CoverGirl has a clear mascara/gel that I use on my eyebrows to keep them in place.  It works great.  I have been using the product for years.  I have crazy bushy eyebrows and it helps keep them at least a bit contained.

As for skin products, I am still trying to find something that works well for me.  I do have two primers that I really enjoy…BareMinerals has a primer that I recently purchased and it works very well to help make up go on smoothly.  Also NYX has a poreless primer that makes my skin silky smooth for application.  The NYX one seems crazy expensive but it lasts quite a long time.  I am still trying to find a foundation that works for me…I’ve tried the BareMinerals powder foundations and the coverage isn’t what I was expecting.

I do LOVE the BareMinerals mineral veil for a setting powder.  A little bit goes a LONG way and it helsp the make up to last for quite a while.  If you can’t tell I got a BareMinerals kit a month or two ago and have been trying it out haha.

I’m a makeup junkie  no shame.

1 Skin (foundation,BB cream, concealer) – my favorite foundation is Laura Mercier silk creme. I’m not a fan of BB creams but also love Laura Mercier’s hydrating primer. I like Laura Gellar concealer and Bobbi Brown as well and i set that with a MAC loose powder. For a highlight, I usually use Becca w/ Jaclyn Hill’s Champagin Pop

2 Eyes – my favorite eye shadoes are from LORAC Pro Pallet and I use a MAC paint pot in Painterly for my eye shadow primer. I swear by Too Faced Better than Sex for my mascara and I use almost any eye liner that’s liquid, but usually one from maybeline.

3 Dark circles under eyes – I use laura gellar in a triangle shape that draws attention towards my cheeks and way from my eyes.

4 Lips – I actually pay the least attention to my lips because I usually do a pretty neutral day time look and find that a simple lip works best for me. I usually use a mac lipstick with a Buxom gloss. Buxom is my favorite!

5 Eyebrows – I’m a fan of the Anastasia brow whiz but also really like the Nyx brow kit!

Skin: I love Bare Minerals foundation & their concealer. It works miracles!!! Its expensive but nothing else come close. Right now I am using the Revlon aqua minerals and its just not as good.

Eye: My favorite right now is Sonia Kushnik from Target. I got a matte neutral palette and its very good. It doesn’t take much and the color is very consistent. If I want to play with colors, I’ll use this first and then put ELF brand on top since its not as good in my opinion. I also have some Bare Minerals eyeshadows I’ve had for years and still look and work just as great as they did on day one.

Dark Circles: I have a cover girl concealer stick at the moment, but again the Bare Minerals concealer is the best thing I’ve ever used.

Lips: I am currently in love with the Revlon Lip pencils. It looks like a big crayon but the colors are amazing. I own 3 and use them every day pretty much.

Eyebrows: I can’t remember the brand of the one I have currently.

Just experiment! Its the best way to find what works for you!
