I think it is okay to do things however you want.  Usually the Bridesmaid or Best Man is standing up front with the groom but I have also seen Groomsmen and the Bridesmaid or Best Man walk down the aisle as well.

It’s whatever you want. One cute way I’ve seen, is for the best man to be waiting up front with the groom, and then when the Maid/Matron of Honor gets halfway down the aisle, he comes and meets her and walks with her the rest of the way.

It definitely is your choice. I really liked the old-school way of having all my girls go down alone, including the Maid/Matron of Honor and all the groomsmen, including the best man stand up with the groom. And then after the ceremony everyone pairs up to back up the aisle. I like the symbolism of coming alone and leaving as a couple:)

I had everyone come down the aisle. So the Bridesmaid or Best Man and Maid/Matron of Honor walked together

@PutABirdOnIt: I agree with your thought. Without BMs and Groomsmen, it would be like the royal wedding. We only have a Maid/Matron of Honor and Bestman, and will be doing it like you said.
