Hi Im almost 18 weeks and starting to look for some maternity jeans. Mine still fit but who knows for how long lol . I want something fashionable maybe even a pair of skinny jeans. Does anyone know where to find some? I tried some on at Old Navy but they didn’t have the fit I was looking for. Thanks in advance

I have a pair of Jessica Simpson skinny jeans that I wear ALL the time. They have the “secret fit” belly where the band covers the whole belly. They are so comfortable, I wear them with boots and flats constantly. I found mine at Macy’s.

I got a really good pair of Mavi brand maternity jeans in the Pea in the Pod section of Macy’s. The lady said they’re a good brand. They’re skinny jeans and they fit so well. Plus they were on clearance!

Full stop, Topshop’s Moto Leigh jeans are the best. Wore them all the way to my 9th month of my twin pregnancy–they made my bum look amazing all the way through pregnancy and you’d never know they were maternity jeans. I’ve since dropped back below pre-preg weight (I’m a US size 4) and STILL wear them because they’re so comfy and flattering! They’re just like regular skinny jeans except for a little elastic band on the front half so that they sit comfortably below the bump. Nothing better for the transitional weeks and months after pregnancy when you’re shrinking back as they’re very forgiving and look great at any stage.
ETA: you have to look in the maternity section of their website as Moto Leigh also come in non-maternity.

I hear Pea in the Pod has the best selection of premium denim. I had two pairs of Gap jeans, and they were fine. I’m tall, so I was most interested in finding ones that were long enough. Also they were on sale. I’m cheap like that.
If I had to do it over again, I’d either drop the cash on a pair of high-quality jeans that made me feel great, or I’d haunt eBay for fancy ones on the cheap. I found it pretty important to have clothes I felt good in.

I bought two pairs of skinny jeans from Jessica Simpson that are great, and Im in love with these destroyed denim skinnies also from motherhood maternity, the brand is Indigo Blue. I like them more than my non maternity jeans haha.

@SoontobeMrsAM: H&M has lots of nice maternity clothes!

I bought these and I love them
They had some mixed reviews so I was a little worried when I ordered but I figured that Gap jeans usually fit me nicely so I thought they’d be okay. I think they’re GREAT! Extremely flattering on me, anyway. I got them in my normal size (and I need long). They’re definitely stretchy so I think that makes them really comfortable.

@SoontobeMrsAM: I absolutely loved my maternity jeans from Thyme Maternity. Fashionable, very comfortable, sturdy panel, and they had belt loops for if you wanted to wear a belt with them too.

I only bought one pair – citizens of humanity – got them on sale and LOVE them. Stretchy without saggy, good in the bum, a panel that can fold up or down. I wear them almost every day and am so glad I got them. I’d rather have one nice pair than a couple that don’t feel good. These just look like normal jeans.

Gap has lots of decent options. I have one pair of DL 1961 jeans I bought as a splurge and they’re generally great.

@annifer: I paid a pretty penny at Pea in the Pod for A/G maternity jeans and it was WORTH it. I’ve never looked so good in jeans- dark wash, skinny jean- legging stretch style.
I have found deals on tops and dresses, but I think the perfect jeans are harder to find and worth spending on a bit more.

@SoontobeMrsAM: JCrew now has maternity jeans! They have skinnies.

I had H&M maternity shorts and shirts and loved them, I bought my fall gear at Old Navy and was pretty pleasantly shocked at the quality and designs they had at the time. I was able to buy a super cute coat, jeans, tops, and cardigans all from their maternity line but I gave birth 6 years ago so I can’t vouch for what they have now.
