lets see…. I stood in the pouring rain for 25 minutes and 18 seconds so I could talk to him on the phone. I don’t know if that is cute but it is the only thing I can think of LOL. He has been calling me every chance he gets even though people there give him crap for it. I think that is awefully cute of him 🙂

@roxy_angell13:

Well I like to leave him little nots in his lunch. I also like to make things I bake or cook into the shape of a heart ( cookies, buns, meatballs) and just put one on his plate every now and then. I know he appreciates it when I do things around the house that he was about to do that night, like touch up painting, sanding, etc. Even a nice surprise backrub, is a treat!

Oh the other night, I picked up some yummy chesses, jalapeno havarti, apple smoke gouda, aged cheddar, some delicious crackers with crannberries, and nuts in it, some stuffed olives, roasted some garlic, and picked up a couple bottles of wine, and we just devoured it, while watching our nightly prison break. It was so nice to do together. We liked it!

The possibilities are endless depending on your guy and his likes! A universal thing guys appreciate….food. I swear there is wisdom in getting to a guys heart through his stomach.  Breakfast in bed maybe? A perfect dinner with wine? If the weather is nice find a great spot to have a picnic. Rose garden, Japanese/Chinese garden etc. Guys are also lovers of action usually. They like to do stuff, especially if said activity releases stress. I saw a thread on here about paintball. My guy would love that! Shooting range?  My guy loves the spa. He thought the massage he had was the best thing ever!  Tell us more about your guy. 🙂 (I’m not sure if you meant little things or big things)

But no, seriously, definitely agree with previous posters about a special meal or food to make an experience rather than a perfunctory dinner. My guy also likes when I’m willing to do something that’s more his hobby than mine, so a random unplanned hour or two of fishing some night would be a great evening for example.
