i used loseit.com because it integrates with my fitbit activity tracker.

i use caloriecount. it’s simple to use and free!

I use MyFitness Pal.  It has been really helpful, you can scan labels to enter your food intake, you can add friends and have a buddy system too!

I use myfitnesspal as well, and I have used sparkpeople too.  They are both free & easy to use.

Myfitnesspal is amazing! Saves a lot of hassle trying to work out what is in food and really keeps you on track!

I really love sparkpeople, you can track all sorts of nutrients like calories, iron, calcium & fitness. You can even set goals like drinking more water etc. I really like it!

I use myfitnesspal as well.  I have used weight watchers and spark people as well, and prefer myfitnesspal.
