Hey ladies, I am looking for recommendations on where to buy decent quality casual, trendy clothes besides the typical Express etc. I’m 30 years old and I have 2 little kids so I don’t really like to spend time going to stores and prefer to try on at home so a good free return shipping is needed! I have recently purged a lot of really old clothes from my closet, like from hs/ college old, lol. I’ve always been about the same size but after kids became even slimmer- size 0/2. I’ve noticed all clothes either looks like it’s for high school kids or is huge like for fuller women. What’s there for skinny 30 year old moms? Also, no athletic clothes, I have WAY too many leggings and athleisure wear and I’m looking more for high waisted skirts, nice shorts, jumpsuits, comfy sweaters and the like. Not business casual or wear to work, but more comfortable! Sorry this was long, I’m just disappointed with everything I had ordered online from American Eagle, tjmaxx online selection is minimal, and Nordstrom rack has such a high free shipping amount.

I buy almost all my clothes from amazon and I read a lot of reviews before I buy. I’ve been mostly happy. Columbia has good stuff online and old navy too.

I haven’t really liked anything I’ve ever bought from old navy, cheap feeling materials and runs big… when I look on Amazon I don’t know where to begin, it’s just so random? Is there a particular Amazon shop?

I adore ModCloth. It’s slightly vintage in feel, and they have great returns. Also ASOS.

Revolve and LuLu’s looks pretty good. I haven’t looked at the others yet. Keep the ideals coming and thanks all!

Try Zara. They have cute clothes for a wide range of ages 20s 30s+. They even have cute kids clothes and ship to different countries.

Maybe this isn’t trendy enough for you, but I shop at J Crew, Banana republic, Ann taylor, the Gap, and Loft for my non-workwear as well as my workwear.

DogsAndWine : I second this. I wear a lot of Banana Republic/Jcrew/Loft. They also carry small sizes including petites & xxs/00 so they are good for small builds. For dresses Anthropologie often has cute options.

I used to love Banana Republic for my workwear but maybe it was items from the Factory outlet, the quality used to fall apart after a few washes. Stitches coming loose and fabric piling.

Look at ThredUP. Designer brand clothing of all styles and sizes at a good price, because it’s secondhand. I’ve gotten a lot of blouses and dresses from there. I also got a wool coat, dress blazer (from Brooks Brothers), and leather jacket (like, real leather), for under $100 for all three.

I love Sezane. They’re high quality and not cheap, but very good value. I’ve ordered a few shirts from them, but they have a great selection of more casual blouses and dresses that are super cute.
Souzie : I love your recommendations! Yumi Kim has such lovely prints! 🙂
