I’m trying to make this as easy and cheap as possible for my girls so I figured getting the dresses online would be easier for everyone. I’m looking for sites that have a return policy so I can order a few different stles and colors to figure out exactly what I want. Then I want to be able to send back the dresses and order the correct sizes for the dresses we pick out.
Has anyone else done something similar or am I crazy and should just stick to a local store?

We’re doing Revelry. You can order sample dresses to try on, so I’m going to just get a couple of different silhouettes and let my girls pick what they like.

Amazon has a ton. Just make sure they’re prime and free returns.

My bridesmaid’s dresses were from Modcloth; I actually had to return one and get a different size, it was super easy and no issues at all. The actual designer of the dress was Chi Chi London; they also have a website but we didn’t end up ordering direct through them because they didn’t have a size we needed in stock.

I’m probably going with Azazie – not sure about the return policy, but they do have a program where you can order dresses to try on and send them back (it’s 10$ per dress to cover the shipping)

Azazie! You can order sample dresses to try on for $10 each. The best part is you can ask your bridesmaids to measure themselves and azazie will make custom sized dresses for pretty much the same price, so you save on alterations.

If you’re not in a rush I would look at lulus.com or asos. Dresses frequently go on sale, I ended up finding my bms dresses for 30 each

ASOS.com for my bridesmaids!! Free shipping and returns so several of my ladies could return their dresses for different sizes instead of spending $$ on alterations. They were super afforable (90$ CAN) and not your typical “bridesmaid dresses” which was exactly what I wanted.

ASOS is qute a wondeful company. Sadly a lot of companies the dresses are rather mass produced and bridesmaid looking. And I do wonder if you add the word wedding ou add $50 dollars or more to the price – anything related to wedding ask for more money. It is liek the world loft when you go shopping for an a pt. Expect to pay more.
