Sorry no one commented on this. The best brand is going to be clear blue easyfertilty monitor. They are easy to read however it does get expensive. Alot of us on the TTC board buy the wondo test strips off amazon because they are so super cheap and really raliable but can be a pain in the butt to read. Try a few things and figure out what works best for you!

Good luck!

@CindyRelly:  pcos will often give you multiple false positives rather than none.

i use the wandfos and am happy enough with them for how cheap they are, but wish I had the clear blue easy monitor.

@SapphireSun:  Not true for everyone. I have PCOS and never get a positives unless I’m ovulating. They work just fine for me. But I know some do have trouble with them.

I just wanted to add what @MRS Strawberry said about clear blue easy fertility monitor. I just bought it and although its the best thing out there making it easy to read and giving you more warning for an upcoming O, it did say in the directions that it may not work with PCOS. It is only for cycles <40 days so if yours are longer than that I wouldn’t waste you money on it because it is very expensive compared to the cheapy OPK. Good luck!

@CindyRelly:  Hi! I have PCOS and I used the CBEFM. I would highly recommend it. It takes the guess work out of it as its massively idiot proof 🙂
