Depends how much you want to spend, i reset my low profile solitaire that I had paired with a curved band. I had this set for 5 years and wasn’t truly happy with the curved band and how it always needed to be realigned with the ering. I knew this would be my forever setting now so we invested in a custom hand forged halo and matching band from Victor Canera. It’s truly beautiful and worth every penny. I specifically asked for a cathedral halo with a flush bridge and my band sits right next to it for a perfect fit. I don’t like gaps.

Yep, my band sits under the halo petals.

I had a different solitaire setting where the basket was low and had a curved wedding band to match it. After 5 years I wasn’t a fan of the curved band and how it moved and didn’t fit well with my ering. This halo and band are brand new. I may reuse my diamonds from my empty shared prong solitaire setting but it’s from Jared and not very well designed. The whole inside is hollowed out! With a lot of cheaper settings they tend to skimp on the metal. ktb19 :

ktb19 :  your ering is stunning, I opt to keep the gap.  However, deep in the back of my mind; I know sooner or later  will get the matching band.  Right, now I’m enjoying my unique gap.close up small
