Hello fellow bees!!
Im reaching out for help once again! ๐
i’ve decided on getting a moissanite for my engagement ring (i get to pick my own out) and im hoping you ladies with them can help me out with a good online store. ideally i’d like to purchase the whole ring from one site as there aren’t any good jewelery stores in my area but if you’ve only gotten a loose stone i welcome your reviews. ive been looking at moissaniteco.com but it seems like you’re either completely satisifed or you go through the hassle of their customer service. I would like to make a very small modification to my setting so the companies ablilty to work with such things would be great!
Thank you so much for your help

I don’t have any personal experience with moissanite, but I’ve seen and heard wonderful reviews (no negatives) on Joseph Schubach Jewelers. I’m going to go with them for my next project ๐

Although I do not have a moissanite I do have an asha and went through ashadiamonds which owns moissyco.com. I made little changes to my wedding set and they were accommodating. The owner of the company is on this site although he’s mainly on btd.com forum where they have a subforum. If you email them a question and wait one business day they will answer you. However if you post to the forum, you will get your answer and they will just ask you to send an email with all the details discussed. I have to say I had no problems with them. I think most of the problems come from people not doing their research and not understanding the company policies before hand. Plus their prices are reasonable too. I upgraded my side stones to diamonds and my wedding band is all diamonds. If I price shop for my exact band no one else comes with $175 for what I paid with the same quailty color and clarity with 14kt white gold.

@keetcha: MoissaniteCo was fabulous! I didn’t have any issues with customer service or response times. I know all experiences are different, so I can only report on mine and I was 100% satisfied.

@keetcha: I just used MoissaniteCo for my anniversary ring and I would recommend them. What kind of ring are you looking for? Do you have one picked out, or just an idea or a style?

I’ve been scouting around for my moissanite ring that’s in the works and I’ve had lovely experiences talking with Mike from MoissaniteCo and Jen from Schubach’s. I don’t feel like you can go wrong with either one!
If you’re looking for a stock piece or a solitaire, MoissaniteCo might be the way to go- Schubach’s seems better for custom or very very intricate pieces.

I also bought mine through moissaniteco.com and I was really happy with my experience. you can ask them to customize or alter just about anything in their inventory — I was able to custom order my band from a full to a 3/4 eternity.
